Dairy Research Day is held on Thursday 16 March, where Danish and foreign researchers are ready to present new research. 24 researchers are ready to unfold the latest dairy research at MCH Herning when Dairy Research Day on 16 March opens up for the industry to meet the science.

The program includes research topics where you delve into dairy as part of a sustainable diet, extension of shelf life, sustainable and new technologies, control of food functionality – just to name a small selection. The conference is held in English, as speakers are both from Denmark and abroad. Therefore, foreign guests have the opportunity to participate.

The day also includes a ’Tour de Science’, where you can get close to the researchers, who open up a dialogue with a number of stands with different elements.
Finally, there are great opportunities to network with colleagues and suppliers in the industry, including ending with a joint dinner.
